Sealed tenders are invited from the reputed civil works contractors for construction of the following works.
Last date of issuing tender documents : 13.04.12 upto 1 p.m.
Last date of receiving tender documents : 13.04.12 upto 2 p.m.
Opening of tender documents : 13.04.12 at 3 p.m.
Cost of tender documents Rs. 100/-
Earnest money to be deposited with tender documents : Rs. 10,000/-
(Without earnest money along with the tender documents will not be entertained)
A. (i) Construction of 2nd floor of N.R.Hostel as per design of 1st floor/2nd floor. . All materials will be supplied by the college except bamboo, rope and other sundry materials. Rate should be quoted in per square foot roof area basis. … Approximate area 4000 sft.
B.
(ii) Dismanteling of lime terrace and superficial layer from the roof of Hostel and also dismanteling of roof over the existing stair case .. 1 job.
C. Construction of additional 3-4ft high 5” wall over the existing boundary wall all round the college.
Rate should be quoted in per cft. ( All materials will be supplied by the college except bamboo, rope and other sundry materials. )
D. Construction of one room for Eletrical Low tension distribution as per design in ground floor. Works include exacavation of plinth also upto a depth of 4ft. . All materials will be supplied by the college except bamboo, rope and other sundry materials. Rate should be quoted in per square foot roof area basis.
Interested parties may visit the site and enquire any other part which they may think before quoting the rate.
Rate should be quoted in Letter head of the contractor stating the items same as above.
